PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
 
We are extremely proud of our products and we assume that customers have taken detailed considerations before purchasing our products, therefore, we are unable to offer any exchange or refunds because of general dissatisfaction with the products However we value your feedback and will work to incorporate it.
 
We make sincere efforts and utmost care while packing our products and therefore, in case you receive a package that is in poor condition, has been tampered or damaged before delivery, we kindly request that you refuse to accept and return it to the delivery person after taking clear photographs of the package to help us verify the same.
 
However, in rare cases, if you receive a wrongfully delivered product, a damaged or missing product, or if the delivered product has manufacturing defects, please share a detailed email to us at care@eluxier.com within 24 hours of the delivery. We request you to take detailed and clear photographs of the damaged parts/products. After reasonable verification, we will initiate the return pickup which may take 10-15 days from the date of verification completion.
 
To qualify for an exchange or return

  1. The item must be unopened, sealed, and intact within the original packaging

  2. Eluxier reserves the right to verify if the product(s) have been used/tampered with or damaged after the purchase

 
Exchange Process;
 
Please send a detailed mail to support@eluxier.com and in the mail please include the following;

  1. Customer order number

  2. The transaction date

  3. Delivery address

  4. Clear and elaborate images of the defect or quality issues along with the packaging that it was originally received in

Our support team will explore the details and respond within 4 working days. After you receive the response, please follow the following steps;

  1. Pack the product carefully in the original packing along with the invoice, label, tags, additional printed materials (if any), bags, boxes, and any other inclusions that came with the purchase

  2. We will arrange for reverse pick-up of the product from the same address where it was originally delivered, as mentioned in the invoice

  3. After receiving the product at our facility, we will carry out a quality inspection regarding the concerns raised by the customer in the email, and in the case of successful verification, a fresh replacement of the product(s) will be dispatched on the same address within the standard shipping procedure

  4. In the unlikely event, that a replacement product(s) is not available, a credit note for the qualifying amount for the defective product will be issued. Such credit notes can be used for purchases only on our website www.eluxier.com within the validity period mentioned on the credit note. 

  5. The credit note issued for the value of defective products that have been purchased at non-promotional prices, cannot be used to purchase any products at promotional prices

General Terms & Conditions
We take significant care in making and offering our products to the customers and our services are provided under certain terms and conditions as follows;

  1. Orders once processed, will not be canceled or amended

  2. Products purchased under any sort of promotion, will not be eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect

  3. Eluxier will not be liable for any claims or refunds, in case of incorrect, or incomplete information provided for shipping address or contact details
